Bands & Choirs
The language of music is universal. It brings out the best in people and is a vital element in the education of every young person. Villanova offers a number of different training and performance opportunities in both vocal and instrumental music.
As part of our regular curriculum, students can earn credits in instrumental music.
A number of extra-curricular opportunities are also available in bands, choirs and through the Theatre Arts Program.
The Intermediate Stage Band is an ensemble for keen musicians in grades 7 through 9. This group enjoys playing a variety of repertoire from concert band, jazz, pop and lyrical genres. They rehearse all year toward performing at the Christmas concert, Spring concert and festivals.
