Tuition & Fees

Each year, there is a great deal of consideration given regarding the cost of education at Villanova College. Therefore, the tuition may be adjusted to meet the cost of operating the school. The tuition covers most, but not all of the academic expenses of the school. The School's objective is to provide affordable access to as many families as possible and as a result offers sibling discounts, flexible payment options and the Tuition Assistance Program for families with financial need, in order that every child can attend Villanova College.

**This amount includes tuition and Home Stay (meals, transportation, weekend activities, airport pick up and drop off) as well as 24/7 student support from trained staff who oversee the international student experience.

Payment Plan Options

Option A: One payment due April 1 ($200 savings).

Option B: Three payments due April 1, August 1, December 1.

Option C: Nine payments due the 1st of each month, April 1 to December 1 inclusive (+$400 administration fee).

New Student Enrolment Fee

A one-time enrolment fee of $3,000 for each new student is payable upon acceptance. This fee is in addition to tuition and is non-refundable. This fee will be applied directly to the capital program of the school for the completion of our Master Plan which benefits all of our students equally. The new student enrolment fee is required for a maximum of two siblings per family.

Voluntary Giving

Over the years, we have been blessed with generous parents who support the fundraising initiatives of our Parent Council and/or contribute to the Voluntary Giving Program on an annual basis. It is expected that for each child attending Villanova College, the family make a donation of $1,000 to the School either through the Voluntary Giving Program upon payment of tuition and/or through our two major fundraisers each year; the Annual Fall Raffle and the Annual Dinner Dance equal to this amount per child.

Through these donations and/or support of these initiatives, we will be able to continue to provide your children the highest quality program possible and to enrich their lives as they prepare for leadership roles in society. Your generous support is greatly appreciated. Villanova College will issue official tax receipts for all charitable donations received.

Religious Portion of Tuition

Each February Villanova College will issue an official tax receipt for income tax purposes for the religious portion of instruction based on the tuition fee less the secular cost per student. This amount is calculated in accordance with CRA guidelines and will vary from year to year.

Family Plan

For families with more than one child at Villanova College, a Family Plan will apply. A 5% discount will be applied to the tuition of the 2nd child for families with two students enrolled at the school in the same school year. A 5% discount will be applied to the tuition of the 2nd child and a 10% discount will be applied to the tuition of the 3rd and subsequent child for families with three or more students enrolled at the school in the same school year.
