What is the VeC Project?

The Villanova Electric Car (VeC) Project is a student initiative supported by faculty and alumni advisors. Our goal is to design and build an electric vehicle to compete in the 2019 University of Waterloo Electric Vehicle Challenge. The purpose of this project is to provide the high school student with a capstone task to showcase their learning achievement upon graduation from the Villanova College Physics program.

Students in the grade 12 physics classes are given the opportunity to apply for specific team lead positions. Any high school student interested in joining the project will have an opportunity to do so by applying to the various job postings for the multi-discipline teams within the project.
