Facilities Rental Request Form

Thank you for your interest in renting our facilities. Kindly complete and submit the form below. Once received, a member of our Business Office will respond to your inquiry with a quotation and availability. Please note that an administration fee of $50 is required as part of the facilities request process.

Facility Availability

Villanova College facilities are available to rent from mid September to the May long weekend, excluding the Christmas holidays or March Break (2 weeks).

Our facilities are not available to rent during the month of June.

Facility Request Timelines

ATHLETIC CENTRE - EVENING USE

Rental requests looking for evening use of the athletic centre on a weekly basis for the duration of a sport season must be submitted no later than August 1^st for consideration. All authorized permits will be issued by September 15^th.

ATHLETIC FIELDS

Rental requests looking for the evening use of the athletic fields on a weekly basis for the duration of a sport season must be submitted no later than March 1^st for consideration. All authorized permits will be issued by April 15^th.

EVENING USE

Rental requests looking for one-time weekend use of indoor or outdoor facilities must be submitted a minimum of one month prior to the event for consideration and will be processed as they are received.
