All applicants must submit the following documents:

• Completed Application Form & Application fee of $150 (non-refundable)
• Final June Report Cards from the past three school years
• Progress or mid-year Report Card from the current school year (when available)
• Copy of Birth Certificate or Passport
• Current photo of the applicant
• Results from the Secondary School Admissions Test (SSAT)
• SSAT Character Skills Snapshot

Applicants to grades 7, 8, 9 must write the Secondary School Admissions Test (SSAT) and complete the Character Skills Snapshot, through SSAT. The SSAT may be written at home or at any SSAT test centre. To register please visit www.ssat.org. Families are required to register online.

Results from both are sent directly to us by indicating our St. Thomas of Villanova College Test Centre Code #6967 at the time of registration.

The Character Skills Snapshot is an online assessment, taken at home in approximately 20 minutes, that provides the school with a richer holistic view of the applicant. It measures the applicant’s view of his/her character skill development and gives the admission teams additional information and illuminates areas where the schools can help the applicant grow, thrive, and shine.
