Step 1: Complete Application

Once you begin an online application, you will receive a unique username and password. The login information will be important to have through the process. For the online admission application process, families will need to complete or provide the following:

• Household Information
• $200 Application Fee
• Student Achievements & Interests
• Teacher Recommendation Report 
• A recent photo (upload)
• Applicant’s birth certificate/ passport (upload)
• Final June 2024-25 school report (PDF)
• Final June 2025-26 school report (PDF)
• All report cards received for current 2026-27 school year (PDF)

Step 2: Visit US

All families considering Villanova College are invited to attend one of our Fall Open Houses. We look forward to welcoming prospective families to our campus. Click here to register for an upcoming Open House.

Step 3: Interview & Entrance Assessment

Once we receive your completed application, along with required documentation, you will be contacted to schedule both an interview & entrance assessment. 

• Interview: Applicants will be invited to the school for an interview. Interviews are casual and are intended to help us get to know each applicant. This is an opportunity for your child to share more about their interests, goals and passions. Parents will also be invited to join the conversation and ask questions.  There is NO NEED to prepare in advance.
• Entrance Assessment:  All applicants will be required to complete our in-house math, language and writing assignment, to assess their skills and understand their strengths and needs. Once an application has been submitted, applicants will be invited to a test day in November or December, 2026.

Step 4: Admission Decision

All first round admission decisions will be emailed to families on January 15, 2027.

Fall 2027 Availability by Grade

Admission to Villanova College is competitive and decisions are based on the following: prior academic achievement, participation in co-curricular activities, learning skills and attendance records, and entrance assessment results.
